Big $ from Ethical Real Estate Investing

I recently bought the REIN home study course. For anyone who isn’t familiar with REIN(Real Estate Investment Network) they are based out of alberta canada. They have investor meetings, seminars and courses to train people how to become success at investing in canada.

What attracted me to them originally was how they really do their market research to find areas with strong growth and then target their property buying  in that area. Their method is not your standard vulture investing style where all you focus on is motivated homeowners.

Out of the 20+ real estate courses & seminars i have taken over the years theirs is definately the real deal. Don Campbell the creator of the course has almost become to go-to guy for real estate economics on BNN. He was recently featured on squeeze play about the housing market in toronto. 2010 resolutions

I recently got anthony robbins personal power cds and listened to them all. Absolutely Amazing stuff and would highly recommend it for anyone who is serious about being successfull in life. As a result I have come up with some new years resolutions for this blog.

1.There will be much more blog posting starting as of feb1 to this blog. At least once a week.

2.The direction of the content will be more focused on average joes like myself who like myself are under serious time contraints due to their families and day jobs and various other to-dos.

3.I have started reading some great time-management books and will post a condensed version of them. Hopefully it will save some people the time of having to read the book.

4.I also plan on launching a website with a couple other guys focused on helping canadian real estate investors find some great deals. We think it should be finished by mid-March.
